- Develop and continuously improve Operational Excellence systems, standards, tools, and approaches to meet evolving business and manufacturing needs.
- Assess Lean maturity, identify improvement opportunities, and partner with site leadership teams to implement sustainable performance improvements.
- Coach leaders and teams while developing and delivering Lean and Operational Excellence capability-building and training programmes.
- Represent Site Avedøre in the global Go4Excellence network, driving engagement, sharing best practices, and ensuring harmonized deployment of Operational Excellence methodologies across sites.
What you will need to be successful
- A Master's degree or higher in a scientific, engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
- Extensive experience driving Lean implementation, Operational Excellence, and sustainable performance improvements within process manufacturing environments.
- Proven success applying Lean methodologies to translate business strategy into execution and deliver measurable results.
- Strong experience with strategy deployment, Hoshin Kanri, workshop facilitation, change leadership, and capability-building initiatives.
- The ability to influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, from shop-floor teams to senior leadership.
- Fluency in Danish and English, combined with a collaborative coaching style and a passion for continuous improvement.

While not required, the following would be an advantage
- Experience working in global manufacturing organisations with complex matrix structures.
- Exposure to large-scale operational transformation programmes across multiple sites.
- Experience facilitating cross-site improvement initiatives and global knowledge-sharing networks.
- A strong interest in developing people, fostering high-performance cultures, and driving organizational change.
- Broader international manufacturing experience across regions and production technologies.

- Professional growth through exposure to senior stakeholders and complex business challenges.
- A culture that values curiosity, collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation.
- A strong global network of Excellence professionals and opportunities to contribute to initiatives with broad organizational impact
