Experienced auditor (CMA/SR student) – RSM Aarhus

Are you a cand.merc.aud. with solid experience from the audit industry and ready to take the next step toward state authorization? Do you work professionally strong, ambitious, and with natural ownership over your tasks and client relationships? Then we need you on the team at RSM Aarhus.

At RSM Aarhus we are looking for an experienced auditor who will play a central role in our audit department. You will be responsible for your own client portfolio and become a trusted sparring partner for owner-managed and mid-sized companies, with the opportunity to work with the entire value chain within audit, accounting, and tax. At the same time, you will help lift and develop the younger colleagues around you.

Your tasks

• Audit and advisory services for small and medium-sized enterprises
• Preparation and review of financial statements
• Sparring on accounting and tax-related matters
• Ongoing client dialogue and responsibility
• Professional development of employees
• Contribute to business development and strong client relationships

In other words, a role where you work closely with clients and help to shape the internal direction.

Who are you?

You have enough experience to stand firmly on your own, but are still hungry to develop. We imagine that you:

• Have 6–10 years of experience from the audit industry with solid experience in auditing SMEs
• Have strong competencies in the Danish Annual Accounts Act and preferably IFRS
• Work independently with natural ownership over both tasks and client relationships
• Are motivated by delivering results through collaboration and thrive in an environment with high professionalism and close sparring
• Are cand.merc.aud. and either currently in the SR training or have ambitions to take the next step toward state authorization
