About daily life at BDO Esbjerg

The day starts with you delving into an auditing task for an owner-managed or mid-sized company. Later you sit opposite an owner who needs sparring on an important decision, where both the numbers and the business behind them play a role. Before the day is over, you will also have discussed a professional issue with colleagues at the office, where sparring and knowledge sharing are a natural part of daily life.

As an experienced auditor at BDO Esbjerg you will be responsible for your own clients and tasks from planning to delivery. You will become a close partner for the companies you work with, and you use your auditing expertise to create value that goes beyond the audit itself.

You are not alone in the responsibility. In the office it is completely natural to discuss both professional questions, client cases and new ideas with each other. This gives you access to competent sparring and the ability to draw on competencies across disciplines when clients’ needs call for it.

Auditing remains the core of the role, but you will also have the opportunity to work with other assurance tasks. This provides variety in daily life, a broad contact network and the opportunity to continuously develop your professionalism and adviser profile.

You already have a solid grip on auditing craftsmanship and can drive your tasks from planning to delivery yourself. You are used to having dialogue with the client, taking responsibility when complex issues arise, and using your professional knowledge for more than simply verifying that the numbers add up.

• Have +5 years of experience with auditing

• Have an eye for both the quality of the audit and the value you can create for the client
