Experienced cleaning assistant for Egebo Nursing Home in Husum

At Plejecenter Egebo we are looking for a cleaning assistant with experience from similar positions, preferably with knowledge of working in residents' homes with elderly and vulnerable residents.

We expect that you

• are good at collaborating, both in the team and across professional groups

• can plan your work, both independently and together with colleagues
• are positive, responsible and flexible, even when it is busy

It is an advantage if you have experience from a similar position where you are used to being in others' homes and interacting with elderly and vulnerable residents. If you have a cleaning course, that is an extra plus. It is necessary that you speak Danish so you can easily communicate and converse with both residents and colleagues.

Employment terms

Salary and terms of employment according to the applicable collective agreement and within the framework of local pay formation.

The position is a day shift with shifts starting at 06:00 or 06:30, and you work fixed every 4th weekend. It is a permanent full-time position. Start date 1 December 2026.

References and criminal record will be obtained in connection with the employment.

If you have previously been employed by the City of Copenhagen

If you are considered for a position in the municipality, we will check whether you have been dismissed or excluded from the municipality within the last three years and share relevant information with the hiring manager. It can also be information about criminal offenses that led to dismissal or exclusion from the City of Copenhagen, information about substance abuse such as a positive alcohol test or information about medical history that may be significant for a new employment in the municipality.
