About the position

At BHS Logistics in Køge we are looking for an accounts payable clerk who will play a central role in our finance team. Your tasks will include:

• Processing payments to creditors, including carriers
• Reconciliation of agents
• Bank reconciliations
• Posting and coding of financial documents
• Reconciliation of bank statements and handling of discrepancies
• Communication and collaboration with both Danish and international suppliers and internal departments
• Participation in monthly and annual closings

About you

We would like you to have

• +2 years of experience in accounts payable
• A structured approach and the ability to work independently
• Good communication skills, including English, and a desire to optimize processes
• Experience with Business Central
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to handle large data sets
