We want to give the children at Børnehuset Badutski the best opportunities for well-being, development, learning and formation. Therefore we are seeking an engaged and experienced pedagogical assistant who wants to support strong play and learning environments together with skilled colleagues.

With us, play is the focal point in daily life. We meet the children at their level and create pedagogical learning environments where curiosity, participation and community are at the center. We are looking for a colleague who is play-capable, easily engages in the children's play and can help develop them. You see the value in both spontaneous play and planned activities and want to be actively involved in the entire daily pedagogical practice, where we every day work to create safe environments for the youngest children. At the same time we help each other across our two houses when needed.

We expect that you

• have experience with or interest in working with children aged 0-6 years
• are reliable, responsible and meet children, parents and colleagues with engagement and good humor
• are play-capable and thrive on being an active part of the children's play and everyday life
• want to participate in both planned activities and the many practical tasks of everyday life
• contribute to a safe, caring and development-focused child environment
• are curious, open to sparring and see feedback as a natural part of collaboration
• take co-responsibility for the core task and contribute positively to the work community

About us

Børnehuset Badutski is an integrated day institution in the heart of Vesterbro with 56 infants and 74 preschool children distributed over two sites with only 100 meters distance. This position is for our department on Oehlenschlægersgade.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms follow the applicable collective agreement and within the framework of local pay formation.

The position is 37 hours per week with start as soon as possible.

When employed we will obtain references as well as child and criminal background checks.
