Experienced practice nurse sought for Haderslev Medical Clinic

Haderslev Lægeklinik is seeking an engaged and experienced practice nurse who would like to become a

part of our clinic and contribute to safe, professional and attentive treatment of our patients.

About the position

As a practice nurse with us you will play an important role in the clinic's daily life. We are looking for someone who thrives

with independent tasks, takes responsibility and takes pride in meeting the patients with professionalism,

care and respect.

Your tasks will include

• Independent consultations with patients.
• Control and follow-up of patients with chronic diseases, including diabetes,

hypertension and COPD.

• Preventive examinations and health conversations.
• Vaccinations, blood sampling, ECG and other clinical tasks.
• Home visits for consultations and sampling
• Documentation and follow-up in patient records.
• Other relevant tasks within general practice.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a trained nurse and has solid experience from general practice.
• Works independently, in a structured and responsible manner.
• Has good communication skills and meets patients with empathy and respect.
• Maintains an overview in a busy and varied daily life.
• Is flexible, approachable and contributes positively to collaboration.
• Has strong IT skills and preferably experience with practice systems.

About Haderslev Lægeklinik

We are a relatively small medical clinic with 2 physician capacities and about 2500 patients attached. We typically have resident doctors attached to the clinic. We place emphasis on flexibility and pragmatism, where we help each other across job titles to solve daily tasks.

Practical information

Workplace: Haderslev Lægeklinik, Aastrupvej 11G, 6100 Haderslev

Working hours: approx. 30 hours per week or by arrangement
