INGENIØR’NE has a clear wish to find a strong additional Project Manager/Project Director who with his professional profile and personality can match the company's needs. The projects are broadly represented, including larger and extensive tasks, and there is a need for independent management of the project in close sparring with the rest of the organization.

THE JOB

With your professional background, design and project management experience, and natural understanding of the construction industry's requirements and cross-disciplinary focus, you contribute to professional sparring and independent handling of tasks within:

• Development and adherence to schedules for design and execution
• Preparation of budgets and follow-up on budgets for the construction and design costs
• Coordination between project stakeholders (architect, client and consultant as well as other parties).
• Contact with client, authorities and contractors
• Quality assurance of the project. Holding meetings and preparing minutes
• Preparation of project materials, authority approvals and invitation to tender
• Invitation to tender by contractors and entering into turnkey contracts in collaboration with the project's construction manager.
• Follow-up on the project through the implementation

• You have a relevant education as an engineer and designer with design experience
• You are visible and approachable while working independently and in a structured way
