Experienced staff to support adults with eating disorders and who require meal support.

We are currently seeking several skilled professionals who want and are able to work with adults with eating disorders, who require structure and support around meals. If you have experience working one-on-one with adults with eating disorders, and can build trusting, professional relationships and provide pedagogical support, both practically and relationally, - so perhaps you are the one we are looking for.

This applies especially to support for interventions in the Capital Region, South Funen and Central Jutland.

🔎 Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who is educated as a social pedagogue, social and healthcare assistant or has another relevant professional background. You have knowledge of eating disorders in adults and a basic understanding of the psychological and social mechanisms that may be at play.

You are able to balance being a clear and supportive professional who can motivate and guide the adult in often vulnerable and complex life situations. You must be able to engage in close cooperation with the treatment system and work from individual treatment plans – with attention to both relationship, structure and documentation.

✅ Your qualifications

• Have experience with eating disorders in adults – preferably within anorexia, bulimia or BED.
• Have competencies in meal support and structuring daily life around food and social activities
• Have understanding of and respect for the adult's autonomy and boundaries
• Are good at creating safety, trust and continuity in contact
• Have experience working in the citizen's home or in supported housing, and can navigate cross-disciplinary collaborations
• Are strong in both written documentation and professional observations
• Can work independently, reflectively and with a high degree of ethics and empathy
