Experienced staff to support children and adolescents with eating disorders and those in need of meal support

We are experiencing an increased demand right now for skilled employees who are passionate about helping children and young people with eating disorders and the need for meal support. If you have experience working one-to-one with children or young people who have an eating disorder, and can establish trusting relationships as well as provide pedagogical support – both to the child or the young person and their family – then perhaps you are the person we are looking for.

🔎 Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are educated social pedagogue or social and health care assistant. You have experience with eating disorders and understand how it affects both the child or the young person and their family.

You are able to work with both the underlying causes of the eating disorder and offer meal support, which includes practical skills, observations and implementation of treatment plans.

You must be able to work in a development-oriented way and be committed to supporting the child’s or the young person’s and the family’s own resources and desires. It is also important that you can work in different environments, including private homes, institutions and departments, and that you can collaborate with other actors in the child’s or the young person’s life.

Your qualifications

🔹 Experience with eating disorders and meal support for children and young people

🔹 Experience with family support and understanding the family's role in the process

🔹 Ability to build trust and security as well as engage in dialogue with both children, young people and their families

🔹 Experience with working in teams and collaborating with other employees, team leaders and professionals

🔹 Competencies in documentation and observations

🔹 Trained social pedagogue or SSAs
