Experienced Sushi Chef

Weushi is looking for an experienced and passionate Sushi Chef to join our team in Hvide Sande, Denmark.

Job responsibilities

• Prepare fresh, high-quality sushi, including maki, nigiri and sashimi.
• Prepare fish, seafood, rice and other ingredients.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and quality.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised and efficient.
• Work closely with the rest of the kitchen team.

Qualifications

• Previous professional experience as a sushi chef.
• Good knowledge of sushi preparation and Japanese cuisine.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safe food handling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic English communication skills.
