Export Assistant sought for a temporary position at Elka Rainwear

Are you structured, detail-oriented, and good at keeping many balls in the air at once? Do you have experience with export, administration or logistics – and do you thrive in a day-to-day where things have to click?

Then we may have the right temporary position for you!

We are recruiting on behalf of an exciting company a export assistant for a temporary position of at least 12 weeks . You will become an important part of daily operations and will have a central role in coordinating the company's export tasks.

Your primary tasks

You will among other things work with

• Handling and coordinating export orders
• Preparation and verification of export documents
• Contact with customers, carriers and partners
• Booking and coordination of transport
• Follow-up on deliveries and shipments
• Administrative tasks related to export and logistics
• Diverse ad hoc tasks in the export department

We imagine that you

• Would preferably have experience from a similar role, but you can also be a recent graduate in trade.
• Work in a structured way and have a keen eye for detail
• Are used to working with deadlines and coordination
• Have good IT skills and preferably experience with ERP systems
• Master Danish and English at a good level - both written and spoken. German is an advantage
• Are independent, responsible and good at keeping an overview
