Primære arbejdsopgaver

You will join a team with a broad variation of professionalism within the Guard and Security Guard trainings, which collectively handle evaluation, development and planning of teaching. We offer attractive working conditions, good opportunities for continuing education and onboarding, a very high degree of flexibility and freedom, and great influence on the planning of your own tasks.

As a vocational teacher for the Guard and Security Guard educations, you will be responsible for the practical and theoretical teaching in our programs, within the branch’s specialties.

Vi søger en profil, som har

• a professional qualification within the security field and at least five years of relevant professional experience
• desire to teach and will deliver teaching of high professional and pedagogical quality.
• Has a strong professional engagement and an appreciative approach to students and participants
• has impact in the encounter with students and participants, and has good communication skills
• If you have teaching experience it is an advantage, though not a requirement

Almene kvalifikationer

You have general qualifications that correspond to the level of a vocational upper secondary education (a C level and an A level subject) or ensure that they are acquired within three years after the appointment. Applicants without a teaching degree or similar must undergo a diploma in vocational pedagogy, which NEXT pays for.

Ansættelsesvilkår

The position is full-time with primary address at Fabriksparken 31 in Glostrup. You will be employed on civil-service-like terms with the possibility of an allowance, including a pension scheme of 18 pct.
