About the position

You will be responsible for the daily production of both cold and hot buffets and ensure that the food is of high quality, tastes good and is attractively plated – in close cooperation with your colleagues.

• Your fixed workplace is: Nymindegablejren
• The position is 37 hours per week.
• Your working hours will primarily be in the period 07– 15.
• Evening and weekend work will occur.

You must be able to present an apprenticeship certificate as a culinary professional with specialization as cook, caterer, nutrition assistant or another relevant professional education.

You must hold a valid driving license for category B and must maintain it throughout the entire employment process.

Employment terms

The employment is in accordance with the applicable Collective Agreement between the Ministry of Finance and Public Employees Organizations – The Public Sector (OAO-S collective agreement) and the collective agreement for culinary trained personnel – kitchen entered into between the Ministry of Taxation, CO10 - Central Organization of 2010 and the Professional Joint Union (3F).

Depending on your qualifications and competencies, there is possibility for negotiation of allowances. There is an employer-funded pension scheme linked to the position.

The workplace is in Nymindegablejren, 6830, Nr. Nebel.

As an employee under the Ministry of Defence, you are subject to certain special conditions. You must, among other things, be security cleared and maintain the security clearance throughout the employment period.

As an employee you are obliged to perform service outside the country’s borders, including at units in international operations with a view to participation in conflict prevention, peacekeeping, peacebuilding, humanitarian and other similar operations.

Establishment and Terrain Command (ETK) supports and services military and civilian authorities under the Ministry of Defence. Our task is to deliver and develop attractive physical frameworks necessary for their daily work.
