Mariendal seeks a trained pedagogue for our toddler room

Mariendal is a small homely urban/nature nursery with its own infant room. We are located in a beautiful old villa on Dronning Olgasvej.

We are seeking a trained pedagogue for 37 hours per week starting 1 December or by agreement.

In Mariendal there are fantastic physical settings, good everyday routines where play and time for immersion are prioritized. We are divided into smaller groups throughout the day, but also work closely together in daily life. You will be part of a trusting team collaboration with the other educators and assistants in the room. Here humor and laughter are part of everyday life.

We are a staff group that meet each other with smiles, curiosity and care. You can expect a high level of responsibility and influence. The work community is strong and there is clarity about tasks and shared goals. Each week you have your own preparation time, but also meet with colleagues for sparring about children and the development of our shared pedagogical practice.

Management is listening and close in daily life and as a new employee you will be warmly welcomed by your colleagues. Before you start we will create a tailored onboarding program for you, to ensure that you get the best possible start at Mariendal and quickly gain insight into our culture, pedagogy and practice.
