About the job

Do you want to drive a constructive and trustful collaboration between management and employee representatives in a time of change in Denmark's largest agency? Do you combine tax technical insight, political acumen and a deep understanding of the organization? And can you translate your expertise into clear notes, decision proposals and meeting materials? Then we have a meaningful job for you, where you will face professional challenges, independence in task execution and a strong sense of collegiality.

HR in the Tax Administration is seeking 1-2 colleagues with experience in driving a constructive collaboration between management and employee representatives and supporting the collaboration organization within the agency. You must thus support that the Tax Administration's task solving and ongoing development remains a shared project for management and the employees and their representatives.

We place great emphasis on you having strong collaboration skills and being able to create solutions that support and create value for citizens, the organization and the employees. In addition, you should be good at building relationships and be able to function as a sparring partner for the board of directors, stakeholders, managers, employee representatives and employees.

You will be part of a strong professional environment around the interaction with the employee representatives, which among other things is responsible for the following:

  • Operations of the Tax Administration's collaboration and working environment organization

About you

You have a relevant higher education or tax-related degree and relevant experience with the interaction between management and employee representatives, including preferably leadership, works council (TR) and/or AMR experience. It is an advantage if you are familiar with the rules and frameworks for collaboration organizations in the central administration, just as it is an advantage if you know the Tax and Growth Ministry's group and tasks.

In addition, you must have drive and initiative and good collaboration skills - both internally and externally.
