In Hørsholm Municipality we are in the middle of an exciting development. We have already established our own SKP initiative for children and young people in our delivery team, and now we take the next step by adding to our delivery family treatment competences.

About the position

As a family therapist you will become part of our delivery team, which will deliver preventive and supportive interventions for children, young people and families.

Your tasks will include

• Family therapy in the home and in the family’s other arenas
• Practical and pedagogical support for parents and families
• Individual pathways for children and young people
• Advice and guidance pathways
• Participation in group pathways and network-oriented initiatives
• Close collaboration with authority advisers as well as internal and external partners
• Documentation and follow-up on interventions

At the same time you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our overall delivery area and help shape the methods, workflows and collaboration structures that will characterize the area going forward.

We imagine that you

• Are educated as social pedagogue, social worker or have another relevant advanced social-professional education
• Have experience with family therapy, parental collaboration or interventions for at-risk children and young people
• Have strong relational competencies and can create trusting collaborations
• Thrive with independent responsibility and at the same time see the value of a strong collegial community
• Are curious, flexible and can think creatively when solutions are not immediately available
• Want to help build a new organization and actively contribute to the development of the area

Experience is important, but just as important is that you have energy, initiative and a desire to join the journey.

The position is anchored in the Udføreteam (Delivery Team) in the Børn&Voksen (Children & Adults) department of Hørsholm Municipality.

Salary and terms of employment are determined based on the applicable collective agreement and a concrete assessment of your education, your documented work experience and your professional and personal qualifications. Shortly before the employment interview you will receive information about the starting salary for the specific position, which is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria and in accordance with the relevant collective agreement.
