Family therapists wanted for Carelink Group in North Zealand

Are you qualified and experienced in family therapy and the specialized child welfare area?

Carelink Gruppen, Social & Familie, seeks experienced family therapists for permanent or task-based interventions in North Zealand with a primary assignment portfolio in Gribskov Municipality.

Carelink Gruppen is Denmark's largest welfare group. In the Social & Family department we work closely with municipalities across the country to help children, young people and families with special needs and complex issues. We provide interventions under the Children Act, such as family therapy, supported- and supervised visitation, support for parents with placed children, contact person schemes, etc.

About you

We are looking for someone who has

• Professional bachelor's degree as an educator, social worker or similar – preferably with relevant additional education such as family therapy or similar.
• Documented practical experience with family therapy in the specialized child and youth field.
• In-depth knowledge of the Children Act and experience with written documentation via the ICS method.
• Strong written communication skills for professional, precise and respectful case documentation.
• Good relational skills and a professional, calm approach to children, youths and families in difficult life situations.
• Ability to act independently, in a structured way and with high professional integrity in daily work.

Your tasks

The tasks are adapted to your concrete experience and competencies. This may include

• Planning and execution of family therapy programs.
• Supported- and supervised visitation.
• Support person function for parents of placed children.
• Targeted interventions and counseling in accordance with written action plans.
• Written professional documentation and follow-up.

Workplace

The service area covers all of Zealand, but the tasks are primarily in Gribskov Municipality and the rest of North Zealand depending on the individual assignment. As there is travel associated with the position, it is a requirement that you have a driver's license and own car.
