Teacher for the upper grades department at Heldagsskolen Fuglsanggård.

The position is a permanent full-time appointment – preferably starting December 1, 2026 – but of course we are waiting for the right colleague.

You will become part of Heldagsskolen Fuglsanggård, which is a municipal special school in Lyngby-Taarbæk Municipality for students with normal abilities but with social, emotional and attention-related difficulties. We work from a mentalizing approach, where our foremost task is to create meaningful communities and a developing learning environment that equips the individual student for the future.

The upper grades consist of classes with up to 12 students, where teaching can also take place in smaller groups. You will become part of a close, cross-disciplinary team with 3 colleagues, who value structure, clarity and high professional standards.

We are looking for a colleague who can take on teaching in the upper grades. We would like you to have competencies in, among others, English, physical education, crafts & design and food science.

• Place high value on interdisciplinary collaboration and communicate professionally with both colleagues, parents and external partners.
• Are motivated to develop your own practice and gladly bring personal interests or quirky, creative solutions into play to solve a task.
