Finance Assistant with experience in payroll

On behalf of our client in Copenhagen, Work Supply is seeking a professionally strong, digitally savvy and energetic finance assistant. You have a minimum of 3 years solid experience with accounting and concrete payroll administration and wish to be a long-term part of a dynamic developing company. The company uses daily SmartTid and Intect in their solution.

Responsibilities

• Payroll processing and administration (experience with SmartTid and Intect is a big advantage)
• Daily bookkeeping of financial documents and purchase invoices (accounts payable/receivable)
• Reconciliations and administrative financial tasks
• Work in modern ERP, payroll, and BI reporting tools

Your profile

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of practical experience with bookkeeping, accounting and concrete payroll handling
• Skills: Strong digital system understanding, quick to learn and structured
• Personality: High energy, curious, self-driven and ready to actively engage in the team's daily operations
