Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager for a central leadership role in a well-run Danish manufacturing company, where you will become a close sparring partner for the CEO and an important part of the management team.

You take over a finance function where daily operations are in place, but where there are still exciting development tasks within management, digitization, reporting and cross-functional processes. The role combines strategic sparring with a hands-on approach, where you want to be closely involved in the tasks yourself and create momentum together with your team.

Your responsibilities

You will among other things be responsible for

• to lead and develop the finance function and create a strong collaboration within the team
• to ensure valid financial data, reporting, budgets and management information
• to drive the continued development of ERP, digitization and automation of financial processes
• to optimize workflows across finance, production, supply chain, logistics and procurement
• to be an active sparring partner for the CEO, the management team and international partners.

About you

We imagine that you

• have experience from a broad finance function, preferably as Chief Financial Officer, Finance Manager or similar and possibly an auditor background
• come from a manufacturing or industrial company
• have experience with Power BI and ERP systems, preferably Business Central, and are motivated by digitization and process optimization
• thrive with both leadership, controlling and business development
• work in a structured way, create overview and follow up
• are a leader who brings people along through clarity, integrity and presence.
