Finance/Accounting Consultant for outsourcing at Beierholm in Aars

Do you have a knack for numbers, and are you motivated by being an important sparring partner for your clients? Due to strong growth, we are seeking a new finance/accounting consultant for our office in Aars, where you will be responsible for bookkeeping and payroll administration for a fixed client portfolio.

In our outsourcing department we assist clients with a wide range of tasks within bookkeeping, payroll and reporting. The role entails close customer contact, and you will become an important collaboration partner in the customers' daily financial operations.

A day-to-day with responsibility and collaboration

You will become part of a strong team in the outsourcing department in Aars. We work closely together, brainstorm with each other and contribute to both a high professional level and a good social community.

Your primary tasks will include

• Bookkeeping and accounts payable management
• VAT accounting, reporting and reconciliations
• Payroll processing, including reimbursements, holidays and reconciliations
• Monthly reconciliations and reporting
• Preparation for year-end closing
• Contributing to digitization and optimization of processes

Who are you?

You have experience with bookkeeping and a solid professional understanding of economics. Your background could be an office education with a specialization in economics or an economic academy education combined with practical experience.

We imagine that you

• Have 3-6 years of experience in bookkeeping
• Are familiar with financial systems (experience with Business Central and Zenegy is an advantage)
• Work in a structured manner and have an interest in digital solutions
• Thrive with responsibility, customer contact and independent tasks
