As Financial Outsourcing trainee at BDO you become part of a daily life where finance is about understanding businesses and helping customers move forward. You work with a wide range of companies across industries. This means you both handle the classic finance tasks and are in close dialogue with customers who want sparring, overview and a trusted advisor. Could it be you?

From exciting financial tasks to responsibility and engaging advisory

Your tasks range from financial accounting and debtor- and creditor management to monthly closings, controlling and analysis. In the role as Financial Outsourcing Trainee you will become part of our Business Services & Outsourcing department. Part of the work also consists of preparing documentation for annual accounts as well as ongoing reporting – knowledge that creates a strong understanding of companies' finances and gives you valuable experience for your future career.

At the same time we are increasingly working with digital solutions, where a portion of the classic tasks is supported or performed via systems and third-party solutions. You will therefore also gain insight into how financial functions can be optimized through automation, system integrations and efficient workflows.

As you develop in the role, which there is ample opportunity for, you will gain more responsibility and direct contact with customers, where you daily make a difference through your knowledge, overview and empathy – either from the office or physically with the customer. You move from solving tasks to taking responsibility and being a close sparring partner.

Bring your willingness to learn into play

You do not need to have experience; the most important is that you are motivated to learn. We ensure that you are well prepared from the start. We imagine that you have a natural interest in numbers, finance and people and are ready to take responsibility in your work.

You are motivated by finding solutions and thinking in improvements – not only in the task solving itself, but also in the way we work and in the collaboration with customers.

You have either completed or are about to complete a relevant education, e.g. HHX, STX, HF, an academy profession education or a university degree.
