Huset Venture Aarhus is seeking an auditor for a leadership position with practical experience for a strong social economy enterprise.

You have command of the auditing craft, the clients, and the advisory role. About daily life at Huset Venture

We have a busy department with many exciting tasks for external clients. The day may begin with professional sparring or quality assurance of a task for a private individual, a owner-led business or a company. Later you sit with a client or a new potential client who needs close rådgivning about accounting, taxes and business decisions. By the end of the day, you have discussed professional issues and operations with the team in the office, where hands-on management, sparring and development are a natural part of everyday life.

Your primary tasks and responsibilities

·                   Department leadership with inclusivity: Professional and personnel leadership of the accounting team. You lead with high professionalism and demonstrate the inclusivity and human insight that characterize a social enterprise. You are hands-on at the job with a focus together with the staff on the individual tasks. You are quality-conscious and dedicated.

·                   Client responsibility and advisory: Responsibility for the department's clients and acquisition of new ones. You function as a close sparring partner for private owner-managers, SMEs, associations, etc., and enjoy working to create value that extends beyond the accounting itself.

·                   Client acquisition and sales: You can actively build relationships, attract new clients, and expand the client portfolio for Accounting Services.

·                   Quality assurance & development: You can ensure high quality in financial statements, bookkeeping, payroll, tax computations and declarations, as well as continuously optimize and digitalize workflows.

Who are you?

·                   Background and experience: You have +5 years of experience from the auditing industry and are educated HD(R), cand.merc.aud. or similar. Very preferably authorized or possibly deposed. You master accounting, bookkeeping, taxes and declaration tasks for both corporations, privately owned businesses and associations.

·                   Security and progress: You drive your tasks and the department safely from planning to delivery and thrive with full overview.

·                   Relationships and sales: You are motivated by ongoing dialogue with clients and have the knack and desire to build networks and acquire new customers.

·                   Engaged leader: You are curious about developing employees' abilities and your own leadership skills. You are motivated by seeing your employees thrive and develop.
