Floor Manager in Slagelse

Are you our new Floor Manager? As Floor Manager you have the full overview of and responsibility for the progression of the restaurant on a given evening. In close collaboration with the many other colleagues at work you ensure that our guests are happier when they leave than when they arrived.

Lead with your hospitality and develop as a leader. Are you ready to don the flame uniform and your best smile when you ensure that all our many guests have an experience with us, so they visit us again - and again. You do not need to be a trained waiter or have 10 years of leadership experience, because we will train you in hospitality as well as good leadership.

You probably already know us. We have grown from a small inn in Southern Jutland to 20 restaurants across Denmark. We have won a place in Danes’ hearts – and not least stomachs – with a simple recipe: a well-stocked grill buffet spiced with plenty of love in our hospitality.

We are now looking for our middle manager. With us you get a huge group of lovely colleagues who each day provide hundreds of guests with a good, solid meal.

The restaurant and hospitality role are your half of the field

As Floor Manager you have the sacred task of ensuring the guest experience when they visit us. You do this even before we open at 5 PM, where you prepare the restaurant and lay your plan for the operations. When the restaurant team clocks in, you are the one leading and distributing the day’s tasks. You are also out on the floor, talking with guests and colleagues.

On a typical shift it’s you who

• Places tables and is responsible for table reservations
• Takes responsibility for the evening’s team (the hosts) and has the full overview of the evening’s progression in the restaurant
• Collaborates on the operation of the restaurant in general
• Coordinates with our Buffet Manager, who has the responsibility for the kitchen
• Coordinates and consults with the General Manager, who has the overall responsibility
• Ensures high guest satisfaction

The service‑minded and focused type

• You have a strong service instinct and a desire to make a difference for our guests
• You have experience from the restaurant/service industry
• You may have leadership experience from previous jobs, but most important is good leadership potential we can build on – you understand how to spread good mood and motivate your colleagues
• You are outgoing, confident and positive
• Can speak, read and write Danish
• Can present a criminal record check
