”Would you like to use your banking expertise in a new way and make a difference for your colleagues every day?

We are looking for a professionally strong and collaborative colleague for our support team in the Department of Business Development and Support at the headquarters in Ringkøbing.

You will become part of a department where we work closely together to provide efficient support to the bank's advisers – both by phone and in writing. We focus on creating value through expertise, collaboration and a strong culture where we help each other.

As a business support specialist you will become a central sparring partner for the bank's advisers and specialists. You will help them navigate systems, processes and case workflows.

You will, among other things,

• provide support and sparring in the use of the bank's systems and digital tools
• help solve complex system- and process-related issues in day-to-day work
• ensure correct and efficient use of processes and workflows
• participate in the implementation and operation of new systems, functions and business processes
• be the link between advisers and external partners
• identify opportunities to simplify and improve workflows

Who are you?

You have experience from the financial sector and a good understanding of advisers' daily life. You are motivated by helping others and you gain energy from solving challenges and creating overview.
