Four new educators/pedagogical assistants with professional responsibility and a sense of community

We are seeking three for the kindergarten and one for the nursery due to more children

Børnegården is seeking four educators or pedagogical assistants who can take on a pedagogical responsibility. For us, responsibility is not about standing alone, but about together with colleagues creating security, direction and coherence in the children's everyday life.

The positions are basically from January 1, 2027.

If you complete your education as an educator by February 1, 2027, we are happy to wait for the right colleague.

We offer 37 hours, but can also accommodate individual needs for hours.

A daily life with room for children and diversity

We are an integrated day-care institution, where we work in our own teams and across teams. We organize everyday life with attentive adults, manageable groups of children and activities that are grounded in the children's needs, initiatives and development.

Psychological safety is an important focus for us, and we use, among other things, DiSC profiles to understand each other’s different strengths and needs.

We want you to

• be trained as an educator or pedagogical assistant
• greet children, parents and colleagues with warmth, recognition, curiosity and respect
• have an eye for play, children’s communities and the individual child’s opportunities to participate
• want to work with pedagogical organization inspired by Sebastian Damkjær-Ohlsen
• be able to create structure and security while contributing ideas and professional reflections
• have a desire to take responsibility, collaborate and both give and receive feedback
• be able to use everyday digital tools and communicate clearly and professionally in writing
• enjoy outings outdoors all year round regardless of the weather – both short improvised trips and longer excursions

You do not need to know it all from day one. The most important thing is that you want to bring yourself and your professional skills into play and develop with us.
