For the Danish organization, Axess Logistics is now looking for an experienced Freelance HR Consultant who can act as the company's local HR partner and at the same time be the link to the Nordic HR organization.

About the job

As a Freelance HR Consultant you will be the primary HR resource in Denmark. You will be responsible for supporting managers and employees with professional HR advisory and ensuring that the company's HR processes, policies and initiatives are anchored locally.

The position is established as a flexible freelance role with an expectation of about one fixed workday per week combined with ongoing availability by phone and email for HR-related questions.

Your main tasks will include

• HR sparring and advice to managers and employees
• Handling of hires, contracts, supplements and terminations
• Ensuring compliance with Danish labor law and HR legislation
• Handling of personnel legal cases
• Support for onboarding and offboarding processes
• Implementation of the group’s HR policies and processes in Denmark
• Sparring on salary and personnel matters
• Contributing to the development and optimization of HR processes
• Support for occupational health and safety work and compliance

You report to HR Manager Robert Tadic, who is based in Sweden, and you will be part of a close Nordic collaboration with colleagues across the organization.

About you

You are an experienced HR professional who thrives working independently and taking responsibility for the entire HR spectrum. At the same time you are motivated by creating value for both managers and employees through professional advice and pragmatic solutions.

We envision that you

• Have a minimum of 5 years' experience from a broad HR role such as HR Partner, HR Manager, HR Generalist or HR Consultant
• Have solid experience with personnel law and Danish labor law
• Are used to advising managers in complex personnel cases
• Have experience with contracts, terms of employment and employee relations
• Have understanding of salary processes and occupational health and safety
• Speak and write fluent English
• Ideally have experience from international or Nordic organizations
