Freight & Duty Compliance Coordinator

Do you have experience from the transport sector and a desire to work hands-on with freight, customs and international transport processes in a global company ? Then you may be our new Freight & Duty Compliance Coordinator.

At LINAK you get a specialist role , where you become an important part of the work to ensure good transport solutions, correct documentation and stable processes within the handling of freight and customs. You will work closely with colleagues, subsidiaries and external partners and contribute with your practical experience from the transport and logistics area.

Your primary tasks

• Work with transport agreements, ongoing follow-up and practical coordination with carriers.
• Contribute to correct handling of customs, import/export and relevant documentation
• Maintain processes for HTS classification and origin documentation
• Support the organization in questions about freight, customs and general transport solutions.
• Keep yourself updated on relevant requirements and contribute to translating changes into practical workflows
• Follow up on key metrics, reporting and opportunities for improvement within transport and customs.
• Participate in optimization projects within transport and customs.

You

• have practical experience from the transport industry, a freight forwarder or a similar role.
• have experience with customs, import/export rules, origin rules and/or international trade
• have a relevant background in logistics, supply chain, transport or international trade
• work in a structured way and enjoy making processes and details come together in daily work
• thrive with both independent tasks and close collaboration with colleagues and external partners
• can communicate in Danish and English, both spoken and written
