Full-time employee sought for customer service

Are you good at talking to people and smiling over the phone?

Then you could be exactly the person we are looking for in our customer service!

We are looking for a new full-time colleague who among other things will be able to be opening- and closing-responsible on some weekdays and the day per month when we have Saturday production (at the moment there is only talk of a single Saturday shift per month).

We are a customer service company that works with, among others, banks and other financial institutions.

We therefore need someone who likes working with people over the phone. Someone who can ensure that the customer always has a good experience. Someone who can help create good solutions for our customers.

The position is unskilled, so it is not a requirement that you have experience with either customer service or debt collection beforehand. We will ensure you receive thorough training, so you are ready to start with your new tasks. You just need to have the desire to learn new things and the courage to put it into practice.
