General Manager with ambitions for strong children's communities

We are seeking an engaged and professionally well-founded daily leader who wants to be in interaction with both children and adults in Ådalen.

As our current daily leader has pursued new professional challenges, we are seeking a new leader who can inspire and support our professionalism and practice around the children who spend their days in our nursery and kindergarten. Ådalen is part of the area institution Børnehusene Kokkedal and Humlebæk.

We plan the work around a common annual plan and a common yearly cycle.

We work project- and development-oriented, set the professional bar high and have good opportunities for further training.

In 2026-27, the emphasis is on strong child communities, play and care in the foreground. Next year we, as part of Fredensborg Municipality, will place particular focus on how we succeed in including all children in the communities across their varied backgrounds.

As daily leader you are both leader in Ådalen and in the area institution as part of the management team.

It is important for us as staff that you have

• A high professional level and a desire for professional reflection.
• Practical experience with pedagogical work with 0-6 year old children.
• Honesty and transparency.
• A positive and appreciative leadership style.
• Humor.
