General worker (iron and metal) for pressure testing of pipes on the evening shift

On behalf of a technical manufacturing company located south of Aalborg, JKS Tech & Metal is seeking an employee for pressure testing of pipes on the evening shift.

Do you have a professional background in iron and metal, and do you thrive with practical work where structure and precision are crucial? Then perhaps you are the one we are looking for.

About the job

You will become part of production, where you will work with pressure testing of large pipes. It is important that the pipes are labeled correctly and handled in the right order, as traceability is a central part of the work.

Your tasks will include, among others

• Pressure testing of large pipes
• Labeling and recording of pipes
• Handling of pipes with a forklift
• Registration and documentation via IT systems
• Ensuring correct ordering and traceability in the work process

About you

You have experience from the iron and metal industry, either as a skilled worker within iron and metal or as a tradesperson. The most important is that you have a practical understanding of industrial work and are used to following fixed procedures.

In addition, we expect that you

• Have a valid forklift certificate
• Have basic IT knowledge
• Are structured, meticulous and quality-conscious
• Can keep track of labeling, registration and sequencing
• Thrive with practical work and responsibility for ensuring tasks are performed correctly

If you have crane certificate or experience with cranes, it is an advantage.
