Then perhaps you are the one we are looking for as our new full-time AKT-pedagogue.

As an AKT-pedagogue you have no fixed child hours. It gives you the opportunity to move across the building, observe learning environments and children's communities and translate your observations into professional sparring, guidance and development together with your colleagues.

About the job

As an AKT-pedagogue you will have a central role in our ongoing development of strong learning environments and inclusive communities, where all children have the opportunity to participate, thrive and develop.

You will be both a practically oriented sparring partner and a professional driving force, who together with staff and management examines, reflects on and develops the pedagogical practice. You will also play an important role in collaboration with parents regarding children's well-being, relationships and participation in communities.

We are in the midst of an exciting development process, where we are working purposefully to create a clear and shared pedagogical direction. Therefore we are looking for a colleague who dares to bring their expertise into play, ask curious and challenging questions, and translate observations and professional knowledge into new perspectives and actions in practice.

Your main tasks

You will among other things

• observe children, communities and learning environments with a focus on participation and well-being
• support children in vulnerable positions through targeted pedagogical efforts
• guide and spar with colleagues on behaviour, contact and well-being
• facilitate professional reflections and contribute to the development of the pedagogical practice
• contribute to the preparation and follow-up of action plans as well as collaboration with PPR and other cross-disciplinary partners
• plan and conduct professional presentations and learning processes for the staff group
• create an overview of ongoing AKT initiatives and ensure progress and coherence in the tasks
• actively contribute to a culture where all children experience themselves as meaningful participants in the community.

We imagine that you

• are trained as a pedagogue
• have experience with or further education within the AKT-, resource- or inclusion area. Perhaps you have many years of pedagogical experience and are ready to bring your expertise into play in a new way
• have knowledge about multilingual children's language development and general language acquisition or have the desire and motivation to develop your competencies in the area
• can analyze pedagogical problems and translate your knowledge into concrete actions
• thrive in a role where you both support, challenge and inspire colleagues
• have an overview, work structured and independently
• are strong in relationship work and able to create trust across children, parents, staff and partners
• see opportunities rather than limitations and maintain calm and overview in complex situations.

Terms of employment

The position is 37 hours per week. If you would like a lower number of hours, we are open to dialogue – but a minimum of 34 hours per week.
