Do you want to help strengthen Beierholm's visual identity and create communications that make a difference for more than 2,000 colleagues and thousands of customers?

At Beierholm we are looking for a graphic designer who can translate ideas into strong visual solutions across both digital and print media. You will become part of our Communications and Marketing department, where we work with everything from branding and campaigns to internal communication, social media, events and annual reporting.

We are looking for a colleague who both loves the creative craft and thrives on getting things finished. A person who can create visually strong solutions and at the same time navigate safely in an organization where the pace is high and the tasks vary.

Your tasks

As a graphic designer you will play a central role in the development and maintenance of Beierholm's visual expression. Your tasks will include, among other things:

• Development and maintenance of our visual identity and design guidelines
• Production of graphics for digital platforms and social media
• Layout of publications, reports and advertisements
• Preparation of presentations and PowerPoint templates
• Production of animations and motion graphics
• Creative sparring in connection with campaigns and larger communication efforts
• Close collaboration with colleagues and external partners

You will work with both larger development tasks and the daily stream of graphic productions from the entire organization.

Who are you?

We imagine that you

• Have a relevant graphic education
• Have experience from an agency, company or similar
• Are strong in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Have experience with digital media and preferably animation or motion graphics
• Have an eye for branding and visual identities
• Can work independently and take responsibility for your own tasks
• Thrive with many stakeholders and different types of tasks

It is not essential that you are an expert in all disciplines. The most important thing is that you have a broad graphic toolbox, a strong aesthetic sense, as well as great curiosity and a desire to continuously develop your competences.

We are looking for a profile who both finds energy in the creative processes and in solid production work. A substantial part of the role is to ensure professional layout and finalization of Beierholm's most important publications, including the annual report, ESG report and other reporting.
