Content & creative intern (paid) Internship

At Admill we build, run and invest in digital businesses, from Tjekbredbånd.dk to our new venture Valino.dk. We are a small team of specialists who like to share knowledge and give responsibility.

We run campaigns and open new channels every week, and we need one person who can translate messages into content – images, carousels, gifs, ads and landing page graphics.

What you will work on

Your main focus will be Valino.dk, which is our new venture with many channels. Additionally Tjekbredbaand.dk, Clarafinans.dk, Lumant.ai, Boligly.dk and others.

• Creatives for paid campaigns: static ads, carousels and gifs
• Messaging and visualization: what should be said, and how should it look to be effective
• Graphics for landing pages and emails that match the campaigns
• Analysis of your ads, so you learn what works
• Tools: Figma and AI image tools (ChatGPT etc.). We provide licenses.

If you also want to film and edit videos, there is room for that, but it is not the first priority.

How you learn with us

You can already create content. We will teach you what converts. Emil, our paid specialist, is responsible for your training, and you will also collaborate with Kasper (CRO/UX). You will receive ongoing feedback on your ads, and through data you will get help analyzing performance. Expect to test several creatives each week; that is how you become a content expert. We believe you learn more by going deep into one subject for 12 weeks than by touching a little of everything. Therefore the internship is specialized.

At Admill we believe execution beats planning. Flat hierarchy. Responsibility follows initiative.

Practical

• Location: Irmahus, Aarhus Ø (we move in December)
• Start: January 2027, we will adapt to your academic calendar
• Length: We offer a 16-week program: 12 weeks internship and 4 weeks focused on your main task, where we provide sparring, data and writing days
