At Olivia Danmark we are looking for two dedicated social and health care assistants as permanently attached locum staff to a team around a young woman who lives with her parents in Assens Municipality.

We have room for both you who want flexible shifts alongside the rest of your life, and you who would like to be part of the team with the possibility of fixed hours in the future.

Flexibility that fits your everyday life

As a permanently attached locum, you decide yourself which available shifts you want to bid on. It gives you freedom to adapt the job to your other life – whether you want extra hours alongside another job, study or simply a flexible daily life.

We are looking for you who can take shifts on an ongoing basis, so you become a secure and recognizable part of the team and maintain your familiarity with the citizen and the tasks.

Working hours and shifts

• Weekdays, day shift: 06.30–17.30
• Weekdays, night shift: 22.00–06.30
• Weekends, night shift: 22.00–06.30

Shifts are offered during holidays, illness and other absence from the team as well as when extra shifts are needed in the arrangement. The number of hours varies, and there is no fixed guaranteed number of hours.

Who are you?

• Are trained as social and health care assistant.
• Can communicate securely in Danish in both writing and speech, as the work involves health care documentation and close collaboration with the family and the home care nursing.
• Are reliable, responsible and keep your appointments.
• Respect that your workplace is also a private home.
• Have the opportunity to take shifts continuously and want to become a stable part of the team.
• Experience with citizens with multiple functional impairments is an advantage but not a requirement.

You will receive training in the citizen’s needs, health care tasks and current instructions. The tasks are carried out under delegation from Assens Municipality’s home care nursing, and you will receive relevant instruction and competence clarification.

You will be employed under the terms of the applicable collective agreement.
