Head of Rental and Sale of Owner-Occupied Properties at EDC Poul Erik Bech in Copenhagen

At EDC Erhverv Poul Erik Bech on Bremerholm, an exciting development is taking place, and organizationally we have successfully separated the rental segment into its own independent department and profit center.

We are seeking a head of rental and sale of user-owned properties, who will be responsible for further developing our rental area and leading a dedicated team of 2 experienced colleagues.

Your primary mission will be to drive our growth in a very special market area where, based on our experience, there is a large untapped potential.

And the success criteria are simple – increasing revenue, more customers and larger deals!

You lead from the front

Your role consists of 80% independent commercial real estate brokerage work and 20% management tasks. The proactive sales work will be well supported by targeted marketing aimed at relevant target groups, as well as the necessary administrative and legal support, so you are 100% focused on creating sales results and driving the rental work forward.

A leader of the right calibre

We imagine that you have many years of solid experience in leasing of commercial properties, and with that naturally follow:

• The desire and ability to develop the rental area with a geographical focus on Copenhagen by leading the sales effort yourself.
• An well-developed network and strong connections with pension funds, foundations and other larger players and investors in the rental market.
• A professional ballast that makes you able to commission and lease commercial properties, assess rent levels and understand the legal and financial implications in a complex commercial lease contract.
• Experience in reconciling landlord and tenant in negotiations … also when there is a large distance between the parties at the outset.
• A managerial gravitas that enables you to motivate your experienced team so you collectively reach the common goals.
