Head of Rental and Sale of Used Properties at EDC Poul Erik Bech in Copenhagen

At EDC Erhverv Poul Erik Bech at Bremerholm, an exciting development is taking place, and organizationally we have successfully separated the rental segment into its own independent department and profit center.

We are seeking a head of letting and sale of user properties who will be responsible for further developing our letting area and leading a dedicated team of 2 experienced employees. Your primary mission will be to drive our growth in a particularly unique market area where, in our experience, there is a large untapped potential. And the success criterion is simple – increasing revenue, more clients and larger deals!

You lead from the front

Your role consists of 80% independent commercial real estate agent work and 20% management tasks. The proactive sales work will be well supported by targeted marketing towards relevant target groups as well as the necessary administrative and legal support, so you are 100% focused on creating sales results and driving the letting work forward.

A leader of the right caliber

We imagine that you have many years of solid experience in leasing commercial properties, and with that naturally follow:

• The willingness and ability to develop the letting area with a geographic focus on Copenhagen by taking the lead in sales yourself.
• A well-developed network and strong connections with pension funds, foundations, and other major players and investors in the letting market.
• A professional ballast that enables you to broker and lease commercial properties, assess rental levels, and understand the legal and financial consequences in a complex commercial lease contract.
• Experience in reconciling landlord and tenant in negotiations … even when there is a large distance between the parties at the outset.
• A leadership gravitas that enables you to motivate your experienced team so that you collectively reach the common goals.
