Holbøll seeks a chairman for the capital

We are seeking a foreman (M/F), who will take responsibility for the practical execution of construction tasks in earthworks, concrete, sewerage and foundations in collaboration with the project manager. Do you thrive in a daily routine where you have to make quick decisions? Who are you?

You thrive in a role where you are able to direct, observe and find effective solutions to challenges arising on the project. In addition, you have a focus on safety and ensure that safety rules are followed on site at all times. It comes natural to you to develop work plans based on daily tasks. And you easily make quick decisions when necessary.

You will be responsible for the practical execution of several civil engineering/construction projects and the associated staff. Therefore it is important that you can lead the project while motivating your colleagues and working proactively in your daily work. It is also important that you want to be part of a strong community and understand that we are all in this together to reach the goals.

What should you do?

• Have 5 years of experience in the civil construction industry, primarily in earthworks
• Ensure good and proper communication and alignment of expectations with your colleagues
• Workforce planning and structuring of production together with the rest of the team and partners
• Instruction in safe use of tools, machines and equipment
• Ensure high professional quality, including quality assurance and documentation in collaboration with the project manager
