About the job

Nurse for home care in Holte

Do you want to work somewhere where professionalism, collaboration and integrity are at the center – and where there is also room to be human in a busy daily life?

In the home care service in Holte we are now seeking two nurses who want to take responsibility, contribute to development and be part of a strong community.

Who are we?

Rudersdal home care is divided into three districts, and in Holte we work in three smaller teams. Each team consists of nurses, social- and health-care assistants, social- and health aides and unskilled workers.

As a nurse you have a central role in the team, where you contribute with clinical overview and professional direction for the benefit of both citizens and colleagues. We prioritize multidisciplinary collaboration and hold both triage meetings and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure coherent and high-quality citizen pathways.

You are self-appointing and plan your day in collaboration with your nursing colleagues, which gives you great influence over your day-to-day.

Your tasks

As a district nurse in Holte you will among other things

  • Take clinical leadership in your team
  • Ensure high professional quality in care and treatment
  • Work on implementing the principles of the Elderly Care Act in practice
  • Participate in and follow up on triage meetings and multidisciplinary meetings
  • Contribute to the rollout of the upcoming health reform
  • Collaborate closely with your own team as well as the rest of the nursing group
  • Share knowledge, experiences and reflections with colleagues across disciplines

Who are you?

We envision that you

  • Are a trained nurse – preferably with experience from home care
  • Want to take clinical responsibility and make decisions
  • Work in a structured and independent way, but value the teamwork
  • Thrive in a daily life characterized by development and change
  • Engage openly, respectfully and constructively in collaboration with others
  • Are solution-oriented – even when tasks are complex

What do we offer?

  • A meaningful and varied daily life with the opportunity to influence
  • Committed and professionally strong colleagues
  • A workplace with an informal and respectful tone
  • Day shift of 37 hours or by agreement
  • Weekend shift every 5th week
  • Focus on flexibility and balance between work life and private life

Practical information

  • Start: As soon as possible or 1 December 2026
  • Application deadline: 19 November 2026 (interviews held on an ongoing basis)
  • Employment according to the current collective agreement with DSR
  • A police clearance check and references will be obtained

If you want to hear more or come by for an informal chat, you are welcome to contact the district manager at Charlotte Ingerslev on 72 68 52 54 or Katja Vad on 72 68 52 55.

We look forward to receiving your application.
