About us

Stævnens Skole og Botilbud is a multidisciplinary special education offering for children and young people who need specially tailored daily routines. We work relationally, in a structured and holistic way – and we focus on creating safety, well-being and development for the individual.

We are looking for hourly-paid substitutes who can

Step in at short notice and support children and young people in everyday life

Take on both educational and practical tasks – in everyday life and leisure

Engage in 1:1 tasks with youths who need extra support

Work independently and take responsibility for the good relationship

Contribute to a calm, structured and affirming environment

Can work day, evening and weekend shifts

We imagine that you

Have pedagogical or teaching-related experience or are currently pursuing a pedagogical/social science education

Are keen to work with children and young people with special challenges

Are reliable, responsible and good at collaborating

Are clear, caring and have a positive approach to the work
