Voksencenter Ristolahaven seeks hourly paid staff for special arrangement 2:1 in Løvehuset Løvehuset is a § 108 residential facility with two residents with special needs aged 18 and 33 years.

Ristolahaven is one of Marjatta's four adult centers and consists of several shared homes as well as individual apartments. In the area, 36 residents live here, who together with the staff work to create an active and dynamic community. We work holistically from Rudolf Steiner's view of humanity and Marjatta's values, goals and basis for action.

Løvehuset is a § 108 residential facility with two residents with special needs aged 18 and 33 years.

The work includes, among other things

• Maintaining a structured daily routine.
• Expanded personal hygiene.
• Medication management.
• Pedagogical and health-professional documentation.
• Collaborating with a resident who can display problematic and outwardly aggressive behavior.
• Rotating shifts day/evening/night (awake) as well as weekends and holidays.

Personal competencies

• You have willingness and preferably experience with relationship-based pedagogy.
• You are open to working from our value-, goal- and action-based framework and our values-based personnel policy with friendliness as the guiding principle.
• You can see yourself as a good support in the resident's home and can help with all daily tasks.
• You are present, pedagogically creative and good at reading moods and situations.
• You have basic computer skills.
• You have a driving license and can drive in Copenhagen.

Salary and employment: The appointment and pay placement occur according to the regional collective agreement for social-pedagogical staff as well as Marjatta's locally agreed pre-arrangements.

Starting salary for unionized employees: Marjatta is under a service agreement with Region Zealand and is obliged to inform you of the starting salary for the position. You will be informed of base salary, centrally set allowances and pension in the relevant collective agreement. In addition to the starting salary, the pay may include any negotiated allowances depending on the position, your experience and qualifications.
