House assistant wanted 25 hours per week for a children's house in a local community where we foster a sense of community and children's joy!

As the number of children is increasing, we are seeking a house assistant 25 hours/week as of January 1, 2027, who will help our fantastic head cook Mette with preparing meals every day for 80 big and small children at the integrated institution Børnehuset Hyldebo.

Børnehuset Hyldebo has a meal scheme. All meals for the children are prepared every day year-round. Everything is made from scratch from organic ingredients (we have the organic silver label), served both cold and hot, baked and conjured with grains, beans and new ingredients - we cultivate a love of food, campfire days and child democracy.

You do not need any prerequisites to be Mette's right hand in the kitchen, but you must be willing to roll up your sleeves when and where it is needed! In Hyldebo we focus on collaboration. We help each other with what is most important, whether in the kitchen or with the children, so we all lend a hand where it is needed!

At Børnehuset Hyldebo we aim to create a joyful everyday life for both children and adults. We are a mixed and relatively new staff group, with 15 employees, both men and women, younger and older.
