HR Business Partner for BoligPortal

Would you be a sparring partner for the management of Denmark's largest digital platform for rental housing? And are you motivated by creating results through people, leadership and organizational development in a company with digital specialists? Then you may be North Media's new HR Business Partner responsible for BoligPortal.

BoligPortal develops digital solutions that make it easy to find and rent rental homes. Each month we help hundreds of thousands of users, and we continuously develop new products and services that create value for both tenants and landlords in the housing market. We are 75 highly specialized digital employees who work every day to develop the platform and the company.

HR close to the business

HR creates the most value when we understand the business and work closely with its leaders. As HR Business Partner for BoligPortal you will be an integrated part of the business and a trusted sparring partner for the CEO and management team. You will have great influence on how BoligPortal attracts, develops and retains the people who will drive the company's continued development.

Organisationally you are anchored in North Media's group HR function, where together with your HR colleagues you work with HR development in the group and can draw on specialist competencies within employment law, HR administration and HR development.

You thus get the best from two worlds - a role very close to the business, where you drive the HR initiatives that make a difference in BoligPortal, and a strong HR professional environment in North Media, where together we set the group's framework for HR.

Your daily life

You work closely with BoligPortal's leaders on the organizational and human possibilities and challenges that come with a digital company in development.

Some days it's about leadership advice, performance, well-being or organizational changes. Other days you recruit software developers, drive talent development or facilitate team development. And some days you translate a good idea into a new common HR process in the North Media group.

You will among other things be responsible for

• being a sparring partner for BoligPortal's CEO and leaders
• advising on leadership, performance, well-being and organizational development
• driving recruitment of specialists – especially in software, tech and digital areas
• developing leadership and talent initiatives
• developing and driving HR processes in BoligPortal within North Media's shared HR framework
• contributing to HR development in North Media and sharing knowledge with your HR colleagues in the group

Who are you?

You have 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Partner and are used to working closely with leaders and specialists. Perhaps you come from a software, SaaS, tech or other knowledge-intensive company with highly specialized employees, and where the business develops quickly.

You are motivated by getting close to the business, understanding its needs and translating that understanding into HR solutions that create real value. At the same time you thrive as part of a larger HR professional community where we spar and challenge each other and develop new solutions together.

• have solid experience with a versatile HR Business Partner role
• are strong in management advisory and organizational development
• thrive with the work of recruiting specialists
• prefer the combination of strategic development tasks, leadership coaching and operational execution
• work independently, are proactively inclined and see things through to the end
• build trust and strong relationships across the organization
• can navigate naturally between the needs of a concrete business unit within the common frameworks and opportunities that exist in a publicly listed group.

Experience with talent development, leadership development, and facilitating team development is an advantage. But most important is that you want to develop an organization where people, business and technology go hand in hand.
