HR consultant sought for an exciting temporary position

We are seeking on behalf of our client an experienced HR professional for a temporary position with start around 1 December 2026.

Your tasks will include

• HR administration and personnel management
• Management of sickness absence
• Working with employment law and the Danish Salaried Employees Act
• Implementation of a new system
• Optimization and development of processes
• Data handling and structure
• General HR support and sparring with employees and management

We expect that you

• Have experience in HR
• Have solid experience with employment law and the Danish Salaried Employees Act
• Are strong in data, structure and systems
• Have experience with processes and implementation
• Work efficiently and independently
• Are good at communicating with different people
• Can stay focused and calm – even when there is pressure
