About the job

Do you want to be close to leaders and the organization and translate HR expertise into solutions that work in practice? At Copenhagen Business Academy (EK) you get a broad HR partner role in Denmark's largest business academy. You will become part of a professional environment where we share knowledge, challenge each other constructively and collaborate to create an attractive and well-functioning workplace.

The job

As an HR partner you will be a close and trusted sparring partner for leaders. You help to find the balance between operations, development, rules and good employee experiences. The role ranges from the concrete personnel case to the development of common HR practices, and you work closely with colleagues across HR and the rest of EK.

Your primary tasks will be to

  • advise and spar with leaders on people management, well-being, sickness absence, the work environment and organizational changes
  • support recruitments from needs clarification and job profile to interviews, selection and a good onboarding
  • contribute to a professional, consistent and respectful handling of personnel cases in collaboration with relevant HR colleagues
  • translate collective agreements, rules, policies and HR data into clear and usable advice
  • facilitate meetings and processes that strengthen leadership, collaboration and organizational development
  • participate in cross-cutting HR projects and help develop tools, workflows and common standards.

Your team and your workplace

EK HR consists of a total of 18 employees and supports the organization with, among other things, recruitment, personnel law, payroll administration, work environment, personnel policies, competence development and HR data. You will become part of a large educational organization with many skilled and experienced colleagues. Knowledge sharing and collaboration are important parts of our culture, and we place emphasis on high professionalism, helpfulness and an open, informal tone.

You will have the opportunity to shape task solving and develop your professional skills in interaction with HR colleagues, managers and employees across EK.

Your background and competencies

We imagine that you have a relevant higher education and experience from a broad HR role, preferably as an HR partner or HR consultant. The crucial thing is that you can build trust, understand the management's needs and translate your HR expertise into clear and actionable solutions.

We place particular emphasis on the fact that you

  • have experience with leadership advisory, recruitment and handling of sickness absence, well-being or the work environment
  • have solid knowledge of personnel law and collective bargaining; experience from a public or educational organization is an advantage
  • communicate clearly and respectfully, even when the situation is complex or sensitive
  • work in a structured way and follow up so that both leaders, employees and partners experience progress
  • can identify patterns across individual cases and contribute to improving common processes and practices
  • have judgment, integrity and a sense of confidentiality, fairness and consistent treatment.

You do not need to know everything in advance. We are interested in both your experience, your professional curiosity and your ability to collaborate.
