HR People Specialist for The Company Group

Can you create direction when not everything fits into fixed boxes – and take responsibility for HR without having to do everything yourself?

The Company Group is looking for an experienced HR professional who wants to be close to people, leadership and business – and who is eager to take ownership of our People area.

We are an organization in motion with short decision‑making paths and a high tempo. Not all processes are fully described, so you should be willing to create structure and direction without making the organization heavier than necessary.

You will receive a clear mandate and real influence. You will work closely with Bira in HR Operations, and together you will ensure that HR both functions in day‑to‑day practice and develops with the business. Your responsibility is not to solve everything yourself, but to ensure that the most important things are prioritized, anchored and delivered.

The Role

Recruitment will become a large and business‑critical part of the job. We recruit everything from agents to our call center to specialists, managers and directors – with the greatest volume in agent recruitment. At the same time you will be a professional sparring partner for our managers and will have central responsibility for developing and anchoring the frameworks, processes and annual calendars that will enable the People area to function in practice.

Your main focus areas will be

• Recruitment from A to Z – and ongoing development of the way we attract, select and onboard
• Leadership sparring and advisory – focusing on enabling leaders to succeed with their responsibilities
• Culture, well‑being and Service by Feeling – translated from intentions into concrete behavior and social content in everyday life
• Development and anchoring of HR processes, annual calendars and employee journey

Your upcoming colleague Bira is responsible for “Operations” and handles a substantial part of the administrative HR operations. You will take responsibility for “People” - recruitment, leadership sparring, culture and well‑being. Together you will ensure that HR hangs together, and you can draw on colleagues, student assistants and external specialists when it makes the most sense.

Who are you?

Your current title is less important. You could be an HR Partner, HR Business Partner, Senior HR Consultant or HR Specialist. You have a relevant educational background in HR, organization, management, law or a related field – but your experience and ability to translate professionalism into action matter more to us than the title on your degree.

As a person you are social, outgoing and proactive. You are humble and curious about others’ perspectives, but stand firm when your professionalism points in a clear direction. You can combine assertiveness with collaboration and bring relevant stakeholders on board.

You thrive in change and a fast pace, but you also recognize the need for stability. You create structure, clear frameworks and a clear direction, so HR stands solid even when the organization moves quickly.

Practical about the position

The position is full‑time and based at our office in Aarhus. You will be part of the HR function and work closely with Bira in HR Operations as well as managers across The Company Group. You report to the CEO of the company.
