Hyllehøjskolen seeks proactive and engaged pedagogues for the SFO and the school

At Hyllehøjskolen we are still experiencing growth. We are therefore seeking 2 pedagogues for our children environment / after-school care (SFO).

The position is permanent.

We will decide your final hourly schedule together, which will be between 34 and 37 hours.

Hyllehøjskolen is located in a scenic natural area on the outskirts of Middelfart.

The school has barely 350 pupils, of which 150 are enrolled in our SFO.

We are a development-oriented school and in September 2022 we were certified as a UNICEF rights-respecting school, the first school in Middelfart. Furthermore, we have a close collaboration with the Music School.

At Hyllehøjskolen we aim to create good conditions where there is safety, well-being and challenges for everyone, and where good inclusive learning communities, engagement, joy and quality are important elements in everyday life.

In our SFO we offer a wide range of activities year-round – some of these in collaboration with local associations. So it would be great if you have skills or interests that our children can benefit from.

Salary and employment terms – School Pedagogue

Workplace: Hyllehøjskolen

Working hours: 37 hours

Start date: 1 February 2027

Salary placement follows the collective agreement for pedagogues at day care institutions, after-school programs, clubs, etc., our pre-agreements and possibly individual allowances based on particular competences, knowledge or experience.

The position's salary range as a school pedagogue will be from 33,198.06 to 39,805.83, depending on the candidate's seniority, further education and personal competencies.

Salary range is monthly salary excluding pension. Salary and employment terms
