System knowledge requirements: Familiarity with at least two accounting programs, especially Microsoft's ERP systems (e.g. AX, C5, NAV or D365/Business Central) as well as a willingness to learn more about the other programs

Work Supply is seeking on behalf of our client an implementation and support consultant. Here your tasks will include supplying our client's customers (currently 1000+ companies) with their web-based solutions for electronic invoice management, bank payments, document storage, expense management, time tracking, etc.

About the job

• Implement software solutions at the customers
• Troubleshooting and solving issues via remote access to the customers' servers
• Customer contact via email, telephone and online meetings (Skype/Teams/TeamViewer)
• Updating user manuals (both in Danish and English)
• Testing and quality control of our solutions (web/mobile apps)
• Product development in the form of ideas for new features as well as preparing a solution description

About you

• Educational background in accounting and work experience with accounts payable bookkeeping/accounting
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word, as well as a flair for IT in general
• Good English skills, as we have both customers and partners abroad
• Good communication skills in translating technical terms into a language that customers can understand

Please note: This is not a standard bookkeeping position, but involves a substantial amount of support work.
