In Gimlehøj and Mimershøj we are looking for pedagogical assistants

We are looking for pedagogical assistants with a twinkle in their eye, who love to play, be active and

create good and safe environments for our children. We are seeking

1 assistant 32 hours in the period 1.12.26-31.5.27 in our nursery in Gimlehøj. The position

is assignment-based and time-limited.

1 assistant 33 hours in a sick-leave cover from 1.1.27 in the nursery in Mimershøj. The position is

assignment-based and time-limited, though with an unknown end date.

1 assistant 37 hours in a parental/maternity leave cover from now until May 2027 in the kindergarten in

Mimershøj. The position is assignment-based and time-limited.

1 assistant 37 hours in a permanent position from 1.1.27 in the kindergarten in Mimershøj.

Who are we?

Gimlehøj and Mimershøj are part of Lisbjerg-Trige-Spørring Daycare. We are closely connected

and work together to the extent that it makes sense and is possible. (L2, 118 and 2A run right to the door) We are two daycares filled with crazy adventures and creative challenges. We have two nursery and two kindergarten groups in each house, and our facilities include a creative workshop, motor skills room, book nook, and some truly unique outdoor spaces. All of this to ensure that children have fun while they learn and develop. In addition, we are built together with Lisbjerg School, whose facilities we greatly enjoy borrowing.

About the job

We are looking for sparkling and energetic pedagogical assistants for several of our rooms, both nursery and kindergarten.

Our task is to create security and good relationships between children and between children and adults. We must ensure that all children develop and thrive in the caring and familiar environments we offer. Our staff are passionate about supporting each individual child and the whole group, and we always keep an eye on the 'whole child' – from their small victories to their big dreams. Warmth, presence and humor in our interaction with our children are important to us.

Both in Gimlehøj and Mimershøj we help each other and it provides the opportunity to create magical moments for our 0-6-year-olds, while you contribute to a great sense of togetherness across the groups.

Your duties

In collaboration with the team of nursery teachers and other colleagues you shall

• Develop and implement pedagogical activities that promote children's learning and development.
• Take responsibility for both pedagogical and practical tasks and ensure a well-organised everyday life.
• Work closely with your colleagues in both nursery and kindergarten groups to ensure continuity and quality in the pedagogical work. In addition, you must be able to be part of a larger organization where help, sparring and collaboration are a natural part of solving tasks.
• Engage in collaboration with parents and contribute to positive communication, relationships and co-creation.
